Founder and Managing Director of the company Eng. Mohamed Adham and his brothers established the Arabia Contracting in 1989 which was small amount of capital company by the hardworking of Eng. Mohamed Adham and his brothers over the period; the company is in the process of evolving from a small capital Arabia Contracting Company to a new multinational Global Green Constructions company now building residential houses, schools, hotels and second homes using a new ecological construction method: Hybird Wood System (HWS) which uses timber and formulated soil for building up to four stories buildings. The HWS system is a result of blending the Canadian technology for wooden structures and German technology for soil formulation, HWS uses wood for the structural skeleton of the building as a substitute for reinforced concrete Skeleton and uses formulated soil for the assembly of walls and partitions infill as a substitute for masonry; and then earth plaster is applied on infilled walls. The end result is a green cost saving, energy efficient resilient building. Built with a sustainable, ecological and environmental friendly methods and materials completed to the highest standard.
